Do I need an appointment?
Yes. (We may be able to schedule same day appointments.)
Do you provide roadside assistance?
No. We do not offer any type of roadside assistance.
What type of vehicles do you service?
We work on most vehicles on the road. Cars, trucks, & vans - we’ve got you covered. We can also work on small trailers and RVs.
We DO NOT work on motorcycles, large commercial vehicles, tractor trailers, and farm/agriculture equipment.
Can you fix my tire?
We will do our absolute best to fix every tire. Sometimes tires are beyond repair. For example; if the puncture is on the side wall, very large, or if the tire was driven flat - odds are the tire has moved on to a better place. Skid steer, lawn, & agricultural tires may require an inner tube.
How much space do you need?
Not a lot.
We’re very flexible! If there is enough space to open the vehicle’s doors wide enough to fit a human then there is enough space for us to work. We also need to park our rig near the vehicle we’re working on.
What is your service area?
Longmont, Colorado and surrounding areas. (We’re happy to travel further out based on availability.)
What is the $50 mobile service fee?
The $50 mobile service fee is our flat rate fee for the convenience of going to your location. This is a one time fee (per trip/location) and is in ADDITION to the cost of all other services rendered. This fee is fully refundable up to three (3) hours before your appointment/arrival window start time.
Where should I buy my tires?
Wherever works best for you.
Online: The best deal and most convenience is going to be online. We recommend Amazon.com, TireBuyer.com, and TireRack.com.
Direct: We also sell tires! We carry almost all tire brands - call us for pricing.
Other: Pretty much any place that sells tires (Wal-Mart and Discount Tire) will allow you to buy tires and carry them out.
Do you arrive precisely at the selected appointment time?
Unfortunately no ☹️. We wish we were that good all of the time. Due to unpredictable traffic and other delays throughout the day we need a little bit of wiggle room in our schedule. We will call or text when we’re on the way.
Where do I ship my tires?
Wherever works best for you.
If you want to ship them to us, send them to 1401 Main St. Longmont, CO 80501.
What is your cancellation/change policy?
Let us know of any location change or cancellation at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment and we are good.
If we show up and you forgot about us then a $50 service charge is only fair for our time and gas.
A change in location may not be possible (at our discretion) due to other scheduled appointments and their location. As long as you let us know at least 3 hours before your appointment time, then the $50 charge will not apply.
We must confirm receipt of your cancellation or change. (A last minute cancellation sent to our email does not qualify as a notification, please call us.)

What is a locking lug nut?
Locking lug nuts are a slight inconvenience for criminals who want to steal your wheels. Please make sure you have the corresponding lug nut key at the time of service. Below are a few examples of locking lug nuts.
